I was in awe of the beautifully kept multi-level garden, it's like a little oasis where you can relax and enjoy the views. And oh, the balcony! The views of the lake and the town from there are simply breathtaking.

The wallpaper in my room was a bit outdated, but hey, who needs modern decor when you have such lovely views outside!

stayed at this lovely guesthouse in kastoria for a city break and it was even better than last time. stunning views, cozy rooms, and a beautifully manicured garden. the homemade breakfast and welcoming staff made it a perfect stay. highly recommend it.

Difficult to find without proper directions.

I had a simply royal breakfast experience at Guesthouse Filoxenia. They offered a great variety of choices including cookies, cake, sweet pie, spinach pie, marmalade, and eggs. the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was a perfect accompaniment. the view from the guesthouse was simply amazing, with the whole side of the lake right at your feet. the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the guesthouse, along with its recently renovated high-quality furniture and air conditioning, made for a great overall experience. the host was extremely helpful, welcoming, and eager to satisfy the guests' needs. I am very happy with my choice to stay here!
